How seats work

Collaboration lives in organizations, not in the personal workspace. That means real-time editing takes two things: a Pro plan, which is what lets you create an organization, and a seat for each teammate you invite. Pro on its own gives you unlimited projects and files, but your personal workspace stays solo.

Seats are $5 per month each, and only the ones you add are billed. Your own seat as the owner is free for as long as your Pro plan is active, and the people you invite do not need a plan of their own. So a team of three is $5 for your Pro plan, which covers your seat, plus $5 for each of the other two, or $15 per month in total.
